Primary Responsibilities:

• Management of the upstream East Cost Marine Area (including Production Sharing Contracts; Unitization Agreement; Joint Operating Agreements; Domestic Gas Sales Agreements).
• Counsel for Commercial Business Development (including drafting and negotiation of new Production Sharing Contracts; Bid Round Documentation; Joint Bidding Agreements; Farm in Agreements, Cross Border Field Development between Trinidad and Venezuela).
• Management of BG’s suite of agreements for Atlantic LNG Train 1, Atlantic LNG 2/3 and Atlantic LNG Train 4 (including Gas Supply Contracts; LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements; Contracts of Affreightment; LNG Excess Cargo Sales Agreements).
• Corporate Secretary of Trinling Limited one of the entities responsible for the sale and export of LNG from Trinidad for BG.
• Contracts and procurement counsel for the Operations Department including exploration activity; rig contracts and vessels.

BG Group plc (TVP, UK)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiation of BG’s suite of agreements for the UK/Norwegian cross border Guape Field (including Construction and Tie-In Agreement; Transportation, Processing and Operation of Facilities Agreement; Shipper User Agreements (CATS, ELS and Forties Systems); Cross User Liability Agreements; Metering and Sub-Allocation Agreements; Inter Shipping Agreements).
• Management of BG’s UK Upstream Armada Hub suite of agreements (including Licenses for the Armada, Maria, Rev and Seymour fields; Transportation, Processing and Operation of Facilities Agreements; Construction and Tie-In Agreements; Transportation and Processing Agreements through the CATS and Forties Systems; Cost Sharing Agreement; Storage, Loading, Processing and Terminalling Agreements at Teesside; Liability Sharing Agreements; Shipper User Agreements; Allocation and Attribution Agreements)
• Counsel for BG Norway responsible for leading a team with two (2) Norwegian legal secondees; management of all Norwegian production licenses and development; exploration activity; rig contracting; development of the asset’s contract, procurement and logistics documentation; and corporate governance officer for all Norwegian operations.

BG Egypt S.A. (Cairo, Egypt)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Management of BG Egypt’s suite of agreements for Egyptian LNG Trains 1 and 2 and Damietta LNG (including Transportation and Processing Agreements; LNG Sales Agreements; Processing Contracts; Management Operation and Maintenance Agreements; Excess Cargo Sales Procedures and Agreements).
• Management of BG Egypt’s Concessions for the Rosetta, West Delta Deep Marine; El Manzala; El Burg and North Sidi Kiri Deep areas (including Production Sharing Contracts; Domestic Gas Sales Agreements; Joint Operating Agreements; Gas Pooling Agreement).
• Egyptian LNG Train 1 US$944m and Train 2 US$880m financing close out.
• Corporate management of BG’s interest in the following project companies: Egyptian LNG Company SAE; Egyptian Operating Company for Natural Gas Liquefaction Projects; El Behera Natural Gas Liquefaction Company SAE; Idku Natural Gas Liquefaction Company SAE; Rashid Petroleum Company SAE; and Burullus Gas Company SAE.
• Corporate Governance Officer for all BG Egypt operations.
